The Australia – New Zealand Flow Battery Network is an interest group on all topics of redox flow batteries. Our objective is
- to keep our members informed about related topics,
- to promote industry and research in the field in Australia,
- to organise joint activities,
- to educate about the advantages of the technology as stationary storage for renewable energy and for other purposes.
To achieve these objectives, several major academic and industrial representatives working on redox flow batteries in Australia and New Zealand have joined forces. The Australia – New Zealand Flow Battery Network is carrying out various measures such as training events or joint appearances at trade fairs or provides information material about redox flow batteries.
Our members work in the field of:
- commercialisation of redox flow batteries and their components,
- development and research,
- standardization and safety,
- production of raw materials, mining and recycling
